Idea	There is a lot of information gathering but little results given, such as action plans. As the years pass consultation methods change but results are poor. I am convinced that ideas are already agreed before consultation. You need to have consistent openness and clarity in progressing forward and I would like to know how you will do this. Words come easy actions not so.
Response	The council is constantly trying to find new and better ways to engage with our communities, and this includes trying to find ways to feed back on the results of their conversations with us. The Community Engagement Team works with colleagues across the council to try to assist with this. Part of our approach includes developing local groups and partnerships where information can be shared and passed back to communities by resident representatives.
