Consultation summary and background | Consultation with users of the service to gain feedback on the draft Customer Involvement Strategy |
Why are we consulting? | In order to meet legislative requirements and gain feedback on the draft strategy we are consulting with service users. By undertaking this consultation we will improve both the making of the strategy and its implementation. We recognise that the best way to ensure that customers are involved in shaping our housing services is to work in partnership and build on existing relationships. This approach is also in line with the council values outlined in Connect 2022-2027: • focused on people and their needs • working with and respecting others • accountable, effective, efficient and transparent • ambitious, self-aware and improving • fair, open and sustainable |
