Summary | In October 2015, the CMT approved a report by the Head of Support Services (H&TR) which outlined changes to the way in which the council intends to deal with customer face to face enquiries and moves to co-locate with the local library at four of our Q and A offices. The offices affected are Larkhall, Carluke, Blantyre and Rutherglen. This will not involve the collection of new personal data by the council, however, as information about Q and A customers for whom a Personal Safety System assessment has been completed in a co-located facility may now be shared with South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture, a PIA has been undertaken. |
