| Outward route | 11.00am onwards Assemble at Brown Brothers Yard, off Station Road, Biggar. 12.15pm 12 Cornets leave Brown Brothers Yard, off Station Road, Biiggar; Station Road; Coulter Road; South Park to collect Cornet from his home. 12.20pm (1) Route taken as follows:- Station Road; Coulter Road; South Park to collect Cornet from Home; High Street (A702); Kirkstyle to Municipal Hall for Investiture Ceremony. 12.20pm (2) Rideout leaves Station Road and travels via High Street to Municipal Hall. Route as follows:- Main group of riders (35) will leave Brown Brothers Yard to Station Road, to join with the others then onto the High Street to the Municipal Hall, Kirkstyle. 1.00pm All riders leave Kirkstyle to High Street; travel East to Edinburgh Road to Showfield Ground and then cross country until return at 6.00pm. Details of the cross country route are as follows:- Rideout departs from Municipal Hall, Kirkstyle, Biggar; Kirkstyle; onto A702; to Showfield at East end of the town. Travels across country to cross the B7016 into the Stane Farm Road. Travels across country to Boghall Farm and across to junction of A702 / A72. Then 100 metres, along A72; turn left into field and across country to the Hartree Entries Road. Cross the A702 and travel for 400 metres to the rear entrance of Eastfield Farm and cross country back to crossroads at A702. Travel 500 metres turn left into Wolfclyde Farm field and across country to Wolfclyde Farm; cross A72 and onto Cormiston Road to Cormiston Farm. Across country to arrive at Burn Braes for approximately 3.30pm. |

| Inward route | 6.00pm Assemble at Junction of Broughton Road and High Street, Biggar; High Street to the War Memorial at the west end of the High Street where parade disperses. More detailed information as follows:- 4.00pm Depart Burn Braes onto the B7016; then to Hillend Farm; across country to A702 at Toftcombs Farm; cross A702 into Toftcombs Farm; across country meet A72; travel along A72 for 500 metres and onto Stirling Moss; across country to the B7016 and onto Broughton Road to return to junction with A702 at the old Police Station. 6.00pm Rideout leaves Broughton Road with Biggar Pipe Band and travels West along A702 (High Street) to War Memorial from where, following the Cornet's Report and presentation of prizes (5 minutes) the rideout will disperse via Station Road. |
