Membership details | Membership shall be open to all tenants and residents residing in the Fernhill area. All voting members must be at least sixteen years of age. Membership shall be free of charge; the committee reserves the right to introduce a membership fee. |
AGM | September – All members shall be notified not less than twenty-one days in advance of the AGM. |
Representation | A request for a general meeting should be made in writing to the secretary carrying the names and addresses of fifteen members. A request for a general meeting should state the reasons for calling it. The committee may also call a special meeting. In either case the secretary shall notify all members in writing of the date not less than twenty-one days in advance of that meeting. |
Activities of the group | To safeguard and promote the interests of tenants and residents in the area on matters concerning housing and the environment of the area. To enhance the housing the housing and amenities in the Fernhill area and to develop the social and community life of the area. |
