| Membership details | Membership shall be open to all residents, irrespective of tenure, in the area known as John Smith Court, Hamilton. |
| AGM | There shall be an AGM within fourteen months of the Association’s last AGM. |
| Representation | At least two general meetings shall be held per year. Requests for further general meetings may be made carrying the signatures and addresses of 10 members, stating reason for the request. The committee may also call a general meeting. The secretary will notify all members in writing not less than fourteen days in advance of that meeting. |
| Activities of the group | To safeguard and promote the interests of tenants and residents in the area on matters concerning housing, the environment, health, and the social and community life of the area. |
| Equal Oppoertunities | To uphold equal opportunities and work towards good relations amongst members of the community specifically prohibiting any conduct which discriminates or harasses on the grounds of ethnicity, religion, disability, political beliefs, sex or sexual orientation. |
