| Membership details | Membership is open all to tenants and residents in the area known as Lanark (excluding Smyllum). Members must be at least 16 years of age. |
| AGM | There shall be an AGM within fourteen months of the Association’s inaugural meeting or last AGM. |
| Representation | There shall be a minimum of eight committee meetings a year. |
| Activities of the group | To safeguard and promote the interests of tenants and residents in matters concerning housing conditions, their environment. |
