| Description | Phase 1.2 forms a continuation of the fully segregated cycle infrastructure commencing from the cross road junction of West Mains Road/Torrance Road/Ladybank Court. This junction will be upgraded in 2 phases to form a new protected signalised junction, full segregation of cyclists in a uni direction will continue eastwards from this junction to the remote footpath connection to Creighton Grove. Kittoch Street and Kirktonholme Road will both incorporate parallel crossings, whilst the existing zebra crossing on West Mains Road will be also be upgraded to a parallel crossing prioritising cycle and pedestrian movements. |
