The company has already funded investment in improved banqueting & function facilities, targeting the higher end wedding/premium offering. The improvements to date have been funded through borrowings and the LEADER grant will enable further investment to be brought forward with associated job creation and turnover increases. There are 3 components to the project: • Kitchen facilities upgrade; • Upgrading bedrooms • Improving signage. |
