| Project Description | The Haven aims to enhance the quality of life for people and their carers affected by life limiting illness. In April 2017 The Haven, Forth transferred to a new custom designed building that enabled them to deliver Haven services in rural South Lanarkshire. Following on from this there is requirement to raise awareness of their services and work with local people to co-create services that meet their needs and to overcome barriers in accessing services including transport, time, cost and isolation. LEADER will support the recruitment of 2 new full time posts for two years to facilitate this process. |
