Aims and Objectives | The recent Management Diagnostics review identified several areas of potential savings. These savings will be realised through retirals/redeployments that occur in 2011/12. The posts being given up are 2 posts at Grade 5. |
Conclusion | The conclusion of this initial equality impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the workforce covered by equalities legislation, or on workforce relations. The proposal is in line with the Councils collective agreement and therefore identifies efficiencies where individuals are eligible for early retirement. Those who are not will be redeployed. |
