Aims and Objectives | This is a proposed saving of £52,000 due to a reduction in employee costs as a result of a restructure of Licensing and Registration. |
Conclusion | The conclusion of this initial equality impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the workforce covered by equalities legislation, or on workforce relations. The proposal will be carried out in line with the Councils collective agreement and deletion of the post will come from natural wastage, early retirement or redeployment. |
