| Conclusion | The conclusion of this initial impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation or on community relations. The 3 exercise referral schemes are inclusive of all SLC target groups. There is, however, targeting within each scheme. EK leg has a low-risk inclusion criteria set by health professionals in the NHS. Up For It referrals have to be from specific regeneration areas pre-determined by the Scottish Government. Live Active is an all inclusive via post code and risk factor. |
