| Conclusion | The conclusion of this initial equality impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations. If the identified savings are made there will be a reduction in the number of properties available for concessionary let. However, lease terminations will be programmed to give organisations an opportunity to seek alternative accommodation and support will be provided where necessary. |
