Single Outcome Agreement 2008/2009
Single Outcome Agreement 2008/2009 | South Lanarkshire Council
Title | Single Outcome Agreement 2008/2009 |
Council Resource | Finance and Corporate |
Service Area | Finance and Corporate |
Aims and Objectives | The Council's Single Outcome Agreement has been produced by the Council in consultation with its Community Planning Partners. The purpose of the SOA is to translate national and local outcomes into an agreement between the South Lanarkshire Partnership and government for service delivery, reflecting the most important priorities for the people and communities of South Lanarkshire.
|
Conclusion | The conclusion of this initial equality impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations. However, it is recognised that the Single Outcome agreement is in its first year and only fully applies to the Council and all the services delivered by the Council. The main focus of activity over the next year will be to fully develop the SOA to ensure that the 2009-10 agreement covers the work of all the community partners and to mainstream the achievement of equalities outcomes into the South Lanarkshire Community Partnership.
