| Conclusion | This initial equality impact assessment of the People Connect HR Self Service system has identified the need to collect and analyse monitoring data and to undertake further consultation with the disabled employee forum to ensure that reasonable adjustments can be made to the system where possible. This will enable a full assessment to be completed. An action plan has been developed to do this and a full assessment will be carried out within 12 months.
