Aims and Objectives | To ensure employees understand and apply standards of conduct expected of them. The procedures help to ensure that expected standards are adhered to and provide a fair method of dealing with any alleged failure to observe them.

Conclusion | This initial equality impact assessment has identified the need to analyse the age, gender and ethnicity of employees who utilise the Disciplinary Procedures as well as identifying the specific service areas where the issue occurs. An action plan has been developed to further analyse available information over the next 12 months.
