Aims and Objectives | The aim of the Dignity at Work policy is to ensure that unacceptable behaviout does not occur. The aim of the Grievance policy is to ensure that any grievances relating to employment are settled fairly and speedily.

Conclusion | This initial equality impact assessment has identified the need to analyse the age, gender and ethnicity of employees who utilise the Grievance and Dignity at Work policies as well as identifying the specific service areas the issue occurs in. An action plan has been developed to further analyse the available information.
