Conclusion | The conclusion of this initial equality impact assessment is that there are no adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations. The Connecting Through People Strategy is intended to focus on employee relations and create a fair and open work environment. Through the assessment of the individual policies that make up the strategy there will be a continual improvement of practices to ensure employee needs are met and understood.
