Aims and Objectives | The 555 Grading Scheme is South Lanarkshire Council's analytical job evaluation scheme. This scheme is used by a small team of trained personnel officers within Corporate Resources to grade all posts within the Council LVJB, South Lanarkshire Leisure and LCJA. |
Conclusion | This initial equality impact assessment has identified the need to continue with periodic equal pay reviews and other monitoring processes to enable a full assessment to be completed. An action plan has been developed to do this and a full assessment will be carried out within 12 months. |
