Conclusion | Description To provide a box office function for anyone wishing to book tickets for performances and events in South Lanarkshire cultural performance venues. Conclusion The conclusion of this initial equality impact assessment is that there are not any significant adverse impacts on any part of the community covered by equalities legislation, or on community relations. The box office service allows members of the public to book tickets, in person or by telephone, for cultural performances and allows the council to accommodate special requirements, such as for people with mobility difficulties. Language line can also be used for non-English speaking patrons to assist in the purchasing process. Performance is monitored by use of customer satisfaction surveys and complaints received. This forms the basis of reported PIs and would highlight any adverse impact. |
