Damaged and new bins

Sometimes we can replace damaged parts, rather than give you a new bin.

Replacement of damaged parts or replacement bins is normally supplied within 15 working days, subject to stock availability. However, we continue to experience a high demand for this service which means that deliveries are taking around 8-12 weeks. We apologise for any inconvenience and will deliver your replacement part/bin as quickly as we can.
