Request replacement
If your card has been lost or stolen, please complete our online form - providing your full name, address, date of birth to request a replacement card.
We will put a stop on the card from the date and time you contact us so that you are not liable for any misuse should it fall into the wrong hands. We will then issue you with a replacement card. A replacement card should be received within 2 weeks.
If you use your card to access cashless catering and/or free school meals at a South Lanarkshire secondary school, you must take your new card to the canteen staff so that they can activate it for use in the cashless canteen.
